Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at aiinterviewhelper@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Interview Helper is a tool that helps you prepare for and practice interviews by transcribing questions and generating suggested practice answers, including support for coding questions, and by tailoring answers to documents you upload. The Service is provided to assist your preparation; the words you speak and the decisions you make in any interview remain entirely your own.

4. Acceptable and responsible use

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. You agree that you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with the rules, terms, and policies of any interview, employer, educational institution, examination, or third-party platform you participate in, including any rules about outside assistance.
• Not use the Service to cheat on, gain an unfair advantage in, or misrepresent yourself during any assessment where doing so is prohibited.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful purpose.
• Not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You acknowledge that some employers, platforms, and examinations prohibit assistance tools, and that using the Service in those settings may breach their rules. Deciding whether and how to use the Service in any given interview is your responsibility, and you accept any resulting consequences.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the CVs, documents, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating tailored answers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use Your Content.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. The following terms apply to paid plans:

• Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or our refund policy.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible plans, as described at purchase.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by purchasing, you also agree to their terms.

We may change prices or plan features going forward; we will give notice of material changes, and changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

7. Free trial

We may offer a limited free trial (for example, a number of free minutes). Trial features and limits may change, and we may withdraw a trial at any time. One trial is intended per user; we may restrict trials we believe are being abused.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Interview Helper and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party services such as authentication, hosting, storage, email, payment, and AI providers, as well as the video and interview platforms you use it alongside. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on any particular platform, nor that using it will result in passing an interview, receiving a job offer, or any other outcome. Any answers or code the Service suggests may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Helper and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, employment, data, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interview Helper and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or of any third party's rules or rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Poland, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
